Our Executive Director: Rev. Eugene Potter
Rev. Eugene Potter has over 25 years’ experience as re-entry professional and trainer. He has been able todirect complex re-entry projects from concept to fully operational status. With more than 25 years in construction and ministry he has been able to combine the two and implement a successful system for re-entry. Rev. Potter earned a BA, Human Services Degree at Earlham College. Rev. Potter has a proven history in being a successful leader when it comes to serving the Re-Entry Community.
New Life Development Ministries has experience in working to reduce the recidivism rate since 1990. Under the leadership of Rev. Eugene Potter New Life Development Ministries been serving the Indianapolis community since 2008. In 2008 the building at 2819 N. Clifton was donated to New Life Development Ministries by Attorney Kenny Morgan.

Our Ministry is located in the heart of Indianapolis (46218). This zip code is listed as one of the top five for the number of Re-Turning citizens from prison and/or jail. We continue to work to transform not only the lives of these Re-Turning citizens, but also the neighborhoods in this west side community. We take a holistic approach serving these returning citizens dealing with the whole man: Spiritually, Emotionally, Physically and Financially. Using our experience in ministry and construction we will grow to be the city leader in training and employment for Re-Turning Citizens.
